Terms of service for Retail Geek

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Retail Geek service ("Service") provided by Retail Geek Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4.1 Monthly Subscription

£30 per month (including VAT). Billed monthly. Includes 1 month free trial.

4.2 Annual Subscription

£300 per year (including VAT). Billed annually upfront. Equivalent to 10 months' pricing (2 months free).

The following fees are paid directly to third parties and are not included in our subscription price:

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle. If you do not accept the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

New monthly subscribers receive 1 month free. New annual subscribers receive the equivalent of 2 months free (reflected in the annual price). The free period begins when you sign up. You will be charged at the end of the free period unless you cancel beforehand.

9.1 Our IP Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Retail Geek platform, technology, software, and Service belong to us. You receive a limited license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain all intellectual property rights in your business name, logo, branding, and content. By using our Service, you grant us a license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

9.3 White-Label Branding

Your app will appear under your business name in the App Store and Google Play Store. We do not display Retail Geek branding in your customer-facing app.

10. App Store and Google Play Compliance

10.1 Developer Accounts

You must create and maintain developer accounts with Apple and Google. We will guide you through this process, but you are responsible for:

While we submit your app on your behalf, approval is at the discretion of Apple and Google. We cannot guarantee approval or specific approval timelines. Typical approval takes 1-3 weeks but may vary.

If your app is rejected by Apple or Google, we will work with you to address the issues. You are responsible for ensuring your content and business practices comply with their guidelines.

11. Service Availability and Support

11.1 Service Uptime

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

11.2 Updates and Maintenance

We regularly update and maintain the Service to improve functionality and security. We will notify you of planned maintenance when possible.
