Overview

PerQ Enterprise is a fully branded loyalty app built specifically for your business.

Your app is published under your own name in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. It includes loyalty tracking, customer accounts, push notifications, email marketing, menu management and store locations.

There is no Retail Geek branding visible anywhere in the app.

PerQ Wallet Pass is a simple digital loyalty card stored in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

PerQ Enterprise is a full mobile app where customers create accounts, receive marketing messages, browse your menu, view store locations and engage directly with your brand.

Branding & App Stores

Yes. The app is 100% your brand.

Your business name appears in the app stores, on the app icon and throughout the app itself.

Yes.

Apple requires a $99 per year developer account. Google requires a one-off $25 registration fee.

We guide you through the process and manage the technical submission and updates.

Customers & Data

Yes. Customers create accounts inside your app.

This allows you to build and manage your own customer database under your brand.

You do.

The customer database belongs to your business and can be exported at any time.

Yes. The app manages customer consent and communication preferences internally.

Push notifications and emails respect customer opt-in status.

Marketing & Engagement

Yes. Push notifications and email campaigns can be sent from your online dashboard.

All messaging respects customer consent preferences.

Features

Yes. You can create custom menu categories such as Hot Drinks, Cold Drinks, Cakes or Specials and update them anytime from your dashboard.

Yes. Customers can view store addresses, opening hours and map locations inside your app.

Not currently. Loyalty operates independently from EPOS systems.
